To secure all bookings, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This amount will be deducted from the price of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Our booking policy clearly states that fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Terms of our booking policy:
- Provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any booking changes. If you reschedule or change your booking within 48 hours, you will forfeit your deposit.
- Canceling or not showing up within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and further charges may apply.
- No-show appointments and same-day cancellations will require payment of 100% of the remaining balance.
- If Phibeauty needs to cancel or reschedule your booking for any reason, your deposit will roll over to your future appointment.
- Allow enough travel time and consider traffic, parking, and other factors.
- Advise us of any existing permanent makeup before your appointment. You may need to book a free consultation to discuss the best work suitable for your skin.
- Clients must be over 18 years old for permanent makeup, removal, plasma treatments, and microneedling.
- Phibeauty reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
